Apply for Online Dealing

To apply for Online Dealing, a client must have a Scotiabank business banking or Global Banking & Markets relationship. Minimum annual foreign exchange requirements of USD 500,000 apply. ScotiaFX.com is designed for clients who conduct business across international borders and is not available to individuals.  If you have an existing Scotiabank business account please proceed with the following steps. Please refer to Contact Us should you require assistance.

Step One - Customer Agreement Form

Print and Sign the Customer Agreement Form

Step Two - Your Company Details

Fill in all required fields, Print and Sign the Application Form.
Prior to sending, ensure all employees to be authorized are included on the application and the authorized company signatory has signed where required.

Step Three - Customer Service Fee Agreement Notification Letter

Print and Sign the Customer Service Fee Agreement.

Documentation must be signed according to the company signatories authorized on the Banking Resolution held at BNS. Original documentation is required and can be forwarded to the following addresses:

Step Four - Create your Digital Certificate for Secure Online Dealing

You will receive an email from ScotiaFX Techsupport with instructions on how to set up your Client Access Digital Certificate. Client Access is a Scotiabank portal used to access ScotiaFX dealing.
