Quick Reference Guide

Login

For your first time login, please call our Technical Help Desk.
 For North American Clients, please call 416-945-4445 or 1-877-389-3669.
For UK/European Clients please call 44-207-826-5836.

This must be done to activate your account. Once logged in, you will be required to change your password

  1. Once your account is activated, for subsequent logins, click the Deal Entry tab on the ScotiaFX.com Homepage. 
  2. Fill in your username, and press the <Tab> key. 
  3. Fill in your password, and press <Enter> or click the Login button.
Password Change
  1. Click on the Change Password tab on the menu at the top of the screen. 
  2. Click in the Current Password field and type your old password; press the <Tab> key. 
  3. Type a New Password; press the <Tab> key.  
  4. Type the New Password again in the Confirm Password field. 
  5. Click on the Change button.  
  6. Take a note of your new password for the next time you log on. Keep this password in a secure place and away from others. 
  7. Please note, the password
    • must be at least 8 characters long
    • must contain an uppercase character
    • must contain a lowercase character
    • must not reuse old password
    • must not contain a portion of profile name longer than half its length
    • must not repeat a character more than half the length of the password
    • both passwords must match
